Muhammad Humayoun

This is a personal page of Muhammad Humayoun. I am a PhD student at Laboratoire de Mathematiques, Universite de Savoie, France since February 2007, under the kind supervision of Christophe Raffalli and Aarne Ranta.

I am a member of LIMD (Logique Informatique et Maths Discrètes) and Language Technology Group groups.

My research interests resolves around the following fields:

In February 2007, I started PhD at Universite de Savoie, France.
In October 2006, I finished my Master's degree from Chalmers University of Technology and Goteborg University, Gothenburg, Sweden.
In August 2006, I completed eight months internship at Xerox Research Centre Europe (XRCE), Grenoble, France.

On-going PhD Project: Mathematical Proofs and Software specifications in Natural Languages (Project Homepage)
Master Thesis: Urdu Morphology, Orthograpgy and Lexicon Extraction (Project Homepage) (An implementation of Urdu Morphology using Functional Morphology toolkit which is written in Haskell).
